Russia supplies Syria with equipment to help military aid. Those equipment include, armoured vehicles, surveillance equipment, radars, electronic warfare systems, spare parts for helicopters, and various weapons like guided bombs for planes. Many Russian advisers and experts have been running observations to help Syrian forces track rebel positions, analyze their capabilities, and carry out precision artillery and air force strikes against them, according to an unidentified source. They've been using equipment from Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine where plenty of unused supplies to help in Syria. However, Bulgaria's intergovernmental council, which oversees arms trades, had not issued any certificates for arms deals destined for Syria, said a Bulgarian Foreign Ministry spokesman. He also said they have data that did not show any authorized arms sales to Syria.
I don't believe Bulgaria would help Russia aid Syria. Through this article, various spokespeople have stated that they did not know nor do they believe that their country would help Syria, through direct contact or not. "Suppliers in that region cannot afford to upset the Russians," an anonymous source provided. This quote is not a true fact, but an opinion. Many people do not believe Russians can be intimidating when upset. Those are just stereotypes. Some people don't believe Germans are intimidating, and one of their very own authorized officers to kill 11 million Jews and others, because of their race, that will defy his way of making the country a country of German humans with blue eyes, blonde hair, and creamy white skin. They shouldn't judge an ethnicity according to what another of the same ethnicity have done in the past. For all we could know, and according to stereotypes, Germans love to drink beer and eat wurst as do Russians love to dance to Rasputin and play Russian Roulette.
It wouldn't affect the political life of Bulgaria as much. An official and a previous one have stated they do not believe it. Even if it was true, I don't think there would be much of an impact to politics in Bulgaria.
